All programs are based on traditional yoga. Dhyana Yoga Journey is RYS (Yoga Alliance approved) and certified teachers will be RYTs.
Bringing wellness to you at your workplace. My wellness programs crafted on yoga and meditation are for everyone and every body. Programs are offered on-site to ensure that participants have ample opportunity to improve their health and wellness while reducing stress in the workplace.

Dhyana Yoga center is a true gem in Plano. The owners and teachers are dedicated to sharing their love of yoga to all who walk through the doors. This center focuses on what I call real yoga in that they closely follow Eastern philosophy.
This is my favorite studio in DFW. They genuinely do their best to help others along their Mind, Body, Spirit Journey. Not only did they help to deepen my yoga and meditation practices, but the proprietors and even the other students were there for me with love and compassion when I had a devastating loss in my family. I would attend there more often, but moved out of the area. I still stay in touch with and miss my family at Dhyana!
I did my Yoga Teacher training at Dhyana yoga center and wouldn’t trade that experience for anything else. Its just Yoga done right. From the history of Yoga to every relevant aspect of modern yoga including its sister science Ayurveda, its truly a very comprehensive curriculum. If you are looking for the traditional yoga and learning your poses right and get your alignment right , this is definitely where you want to kickoff your practice and start your journey.
Best place to practice Yoga, the teachers are very knowledgeable and they teach with love and compassion. I received my yoga teacher training here and it is the best. If anyone is looking to practice yoga and a teacher training program, don’t look anywhere go to Dhyana yoga center. I live 40 miles away from the center, though the commute was a pain at times but I never felt tired or dragged myself because I looked forward to coming here. It was all worth it for me.
