Yoga Training
Are you ready to make a powerful shift in your life? Build your yoga foundation, deepen your yoga understanding or get on the path of being a yoga teacher – my training programs are designed to help you fulfill your calling. All programs are based on traditional yoga. Dhyana Yoga Journey is RYS (Yoga Alliance approved) and certified teachers will be RYTs.

Bringing wellness to you at your workplace. My wellness programs crafted on yoga and meditation are for everyone and every body. Programs are offered on-site to ensure that participants have ample opportunity to improve their health and wellness while reducing stress in the workplace.

Anxiety Relief – Gentle Pace Yoga
Weekly Mondays. 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Online)
Limited Group. Fees: $12. Pre-registration Required.
An introduction to yoga’s calming, grounding poses and practices, taught at a relaxed pace. As the student learns to gradually unwind tight joints and tension filled minds in the presence of breath, it cultivates inner focus connecting to and moving through a series of postures.

Restore & Release – Restorative Yoga
Weekly Thursdays. 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Online)
Limited Group. Fees: $12. Pre-registration Required.
Restore and strengthen the connection at every level – physical, mental and spiritual. As the name indicates, it is styled for complete relaxation of the body and mind by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Asanas (postures) are held for longer period of time, props fully supporting the body, allowing it to open passively and naturally with no active effort. Deep introspective class that restores energy to the body and calmness to the mind.

Chakras – Demystify, Learn & Heal.
8 Open Sessions. Saturdays starting Feb, 11:30am – 1:30pm
Limited Group. Pre-registration Required.
This 8-class series will start from understanding the subtle physiology and move from the Muladhara (Root Chakra) to the Sahasrara(Crown Chakra), emphasizing on one chakra per class. No Yoga experience required. Open sessions.

Hatha Yoga Flow

In Hatha flow, we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana (postures) and enhance strength and endurance. This style uses a combination of movement, alignment in postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance.
